Begin with a 15-minute session in one of our outdoor saunas to open pores, ease tension, and flush out toxins, paired with calming herbal tea. Next, invigorate your body with a 2-minute guided Arctic Shower - a burst of cold therapy that boosts circulation. Then unwind with a 90-minute full-body massage and facial.
