The Thermal Circuit ($275)

Reawaken your senses with this hot-and-cold circuit, a revitalizing spa package designed to energize, detoxify, and deeply relax. Begin with a 15-minute session in one of our outdoor saunas to open pores, ease tension, and flush out toxins, paired with calming herbal tea. Next, invigorate your body with a 2-minute guided Arctic Shower - a burst of cold therapy that boosts circulation. Then unwind with a 90-minute full-body massage and facial. Complete your experience with a final 15-minute sauna session and cucumber-infused spa water. A swimsuit is required.

Rejuvenate from head to toe with this seasonal favourite. Begin with a soothing neck, back, and scalp massage featuring peppermint-infused body oil.
