Inspired by a shared vision, Willis and his son Rob set out to create a state-of-the-art golf course community that was not only beautiful and enjoyable but also environmentally sustainable—guided by their belief that “the purpose of life is living in agreement with nature.”

History of the land

The concept of Cobble Beach was initiated in 1998, with a development plan that was sensitive to the interest of the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation and the site's historical significance.
