Every Sunday evening (starting at 5pm) the Sweetwater Restaurant features a delicious slow roasted 8oz. prime rib, served with garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, creamed horseradish and bordelaise jus for $50. Feeling hungry? Upgrade your cut to a 10oz prime rib for $8. Add on: mixed greens or soup and a chef’s feature dessert for $20. While quantities last.
