Residential services available to home purchasers include:

• Preferred access to the Clubhouse dining and lounge facilities including locker rooms and other amenities (subject to usage charges in some cases). It is expected that ultimately, the Club will be entirely private subject only to limited outside user access.
• One free golf lesson per annum (one hour in duration)
• Access to the Club's walking and non-motorized trails for Summer and Winter use
• Use of the Club's exercise equipment and therapeutic pool
• Preferred access to the spa and discounts on retail spa products
• When available, preferred rates for overnight stays at the luxurious Inn at Cobble Beach for family members and guests
• Access to the residents' private beach
• Access to the Club's aquatic centre once constructed (nominal charges may apply)
• Access to the Club's tennis courts and facilities once constructed (nominal charges may apply)
• Participation in organized outings to local theatrical, cultural and culinary attractions (nominal charges may apply)
• Access to the Club's van transportation on a limited basis for trips to Owen Sound, local airports or marina (nominal charges may apply)
